The Research Grant Management System (RGMS) is a dynamic web-based platform I developed to streamline the research grant process at the University of Peradeniya. It automates the complete grant lifecycle—from submission to approval—while also managing post-award activities such as budget revisions and progress reporting.

Key Features:

• End-to-end automation of grant applications, reviews, approvals, and post-award tasks.
• Role-specific access for PIs (Applicants), URC Director/Secretary, Reviewers, Heads of Departments, Deans, and guest users.
• User-friendly and responsive interface designed for seamless navigation.
• Real-time tracking of application status for improved transparency and efficiency.
• Automated notifications via PHP Mailer to keep stakeholders updated.
